Leading IDI Inhil 2019-2022, Dr. Firman Nurdiansyah Wants to Struggle to Raise Contract Doctors and Volunteers as ASN

News24xx.com - The inauguration of the chairman and administrators of the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) Indragiri Hilir Branch (Inhil) 2019-2022 period took place in the Hall of STAI Auliaurasyidin Tembilahan Hulu, Saturday 19 October 2019.

Besides holding the inauguration, IDI Inhil also held a one-day seminar related to the emergence of acute coronary syndrome with a total of around 550 participants from doctors, pharmacists, students and the general public.

The Chairman of the Inhil IDI, Dr. Firman Nurdiansyah after his inauguration, said the Inhil IDI Branch appreciated the Inhil District Government's efforts in improving health quality in Inhil.

"At present there are 162 members of IDI Inhil, most of whom are native sons and daughters of Inhil who serve in his hometown," Firman said.

He added, IDI Inhil was used as a forum for doctors in Inhil to encourage its members to attend specialist education so that the needs of Inhil could be sufficient in the future.

"We hope Regent Inhil wants to fight to be able to appoint doctors both voluntary and contract workers in the regions to become ASN," he added.

Meanwhile, the Inhil Regent who attended the event explained that of the 28 Puskesmas in Inhil District, there were currently 2 doctors each filling it.

"I 100 percent agree that all doctors on duty in the area become ASN, but that is not the authority of the regent, if he recommends I am ready," he explained.

According to the Regent, the Inhil Regency Government was expecting criticism and suggestions from doctors who had been in direct contact with the public regarding health.

"Set the time, we have coffee morning, we will discuss, we hope for input on efforts to improve health in the Inhil District," he said.
