File Disappearance of Police and Active Members of 1 kilogram of Methamphetamine handed over to Bengkalis District

News24xx.com - Kejari Bengkalis through the Public Crimes Section (Pidum) received the case transfer of P21 case from the Bengkalis Police Satnarkoba investigator to two suspects.

The two suspects, consisting of a police officer and one police officer who is still active in the Bengkalis Police Headquarters.

Both of them are IW (36) and YZ (31) who are suspects of possession of 1 kilogram of methamphetamine.

Kasipidum Kejalis Bengkalis, Iwan Roy Carles, said the files of the two suspects and police officers had been declared complete or P21.

"The file has been P21. Earlier submission of files and evidence from investigators Sat Drugs," said Iwan Roy Carles through the prosecutor, Irvan Rahmadani Prayogo, Wednesday, November 13, 2019.

Irvan said, the two persons would be detained in Bengkalis Prison after this delegation. Both are recidivists of different cases.

"For YZ, the active police are indeed convicted and returned to the detention center. One more thing, IW is a recidivist embezzlement case, only three months free," he said.

"Previously, IW was detained at Bengkalis Regional Police Station and we will transfer it to Bengkalis Prison. IW is PTDH," he concluded.
