The 10-year-old boy was burned to death in his rented house in Gang Sayur Asem, Setu Village, Setu District, South Tangerang.

ZKA could not save himself from fires because his feet were chained by his parent.

The fire that occurred on Sunday (17 November 2019) was thought come from a gas stove explosion.

At home, ZKA only lived with her biological father, while ZKA's biological mother, reportedly passed away about 40 days ago.

ZKA has been living around a 3x6 rented house with his father for around three months.

According to the residents, the fire at the rented house had also been a fire before.

However, fortunately the fire was extinguished so that it did not enlarge.

"A month earlier there had also been a fire, only there was still a time of fighting," said the victim's neighbor, Rida at the location on Monday (18 November 2019), quoted by TribunnewsBogor.com.

However, this time the fire ended tragically because it killed 10-year-old ZKA boy who was being put in a rented house.

His parent was forced to chain his feet because he was a child with special needs.

The victim was very hyperactive, so he had to be put in temporary shelter while his father had to work outside the home to meet his daily needs.

When the fire broke out, the victim ZKA was alone in his rented house.

"Yes, because he is hyperactive, maybe he is hungry, so he keeps on working on the stove, right on the fire," said Rida.

According to Rida, the victim ZKA and her father had just moved to the Sayur Asem Gang since three months ago, around August.

They were evicted from the previous rented house near the Setu village office, about two kilometers from the new rented house.

At night after the fire, ZKA's body was immediately buried with the help of local residents.

When the burnt body of ZKA was evacuated by officers, his legs looked left behind in the bag he was wearing.

He suspects the victim's leg was broken when trying to leave the house during a fire.

Meanwhile, the victim's father was questioned by Cisauk police officers for information regarding the fire case.

ZKA has been treated by the South Tangerang Social Service.

However, ZKA was returned by the Social Service to his parents namely Suhin and Wagiani at that time.

Because, Social Services maintenance is only temporary.

Apparently, the victim's parents chained their son again until this undesirable event happened.

In addition, economic problems are also the reason for ZKA's parents to support his 10-year-old son.

The Head of South Tangerang Social Affairs Office, Wahyunoto Lukman, at that time said the reason for saving was because his parents were economically unable to handle ZKA.

However, poverty finally made his parents not think long to put ZKA in order not to disturb others.
