Large Tonnage Truck Routes Are Being Compiled By Pekanbaru Transportation Agency, Allowed To Enter The City At Certain Times

News24xx.com - The Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency (Dishub) is developing a route for large tonnage trucks. Large trucks are allowed to cross urban areas starting at 22:00 WIB until 05.00 WIB.

"We are designing and compiling routes and large timed truck crossing schedules. At present, the draft route is being discussed in the Legal Section of the Pekanbaru City Secretariat," said Pekanbaru City Transportation Agency Chief of Duty Yuliarso, Friday (6/12) / 2019).

In the design, the route of large tonnage trucks is only on the outer ring road. These trucks are only allowed through the inner city lane at certain hours starting at 22:00 WIB until 05.00 WIB, especially from the direction of Sungai Duku Harbor.

"After the SK decree is issued, we will conduct socialization to the Indonesian Employers' Association (Apindo). We will implement this route next year," Yuliarso said.
