Tragic, have mental disorder, a boy 11 years was chained by his family

News24xx.com -  Tragic. A 11-year-old boy, every day his feet are tied with iron chains. Even when he was walk his family, the iron chain was still wrapped around one of his legs.

The boy looks like a dog. However, his family had no other choice to control the mental disorders that the boy had.

The parent of that boy named He Zili was deliberately chained of Zili's legs so he can not to harm others or himself. Beside it, his family will also be easier to kept on He Zili every time.

When He Zili aged one year, he was suffered a head injury. Since then, he has a mental disorder.

Zili has a tendency to attack the people around him. So the family believes tying the boy's foot to the chain is the best way to control his bad behavior.

Zili is seen chained to the pillars at home. Sometimes Zili run around without wearing pants or shoes. But surely he can not run far, only along the chain that binds him.

As quoted from Asia One, Thursday, December 12, 2013, the boy is currently being treated by his physically disabled grandfather and his father who is also disabled. Meanwhile, Zili's mother has died of cancer.
