This is the Reason Indonesia is still Immune from the Corona virus

News24xx.com - The Wuhan Corona Virus outbreak is increasingly dangerous. In fact, the virus has spread to about 30 countries in the world. Neighboring countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia have also confirmed cases of the disease.

However, citing jitunews, Indonesia has yet to detect cases of the virus. It also reaped public speculation related to the level of immunity of Indonesian people.

RSPI lung specialist, Sulianti Saroso, Adria Rusli explained that the reason why Corona Virus did not enter Indonesia could not be known with certainty. According to him, in-depth research needs to be done to ascertain it.

However, he revealed several possibilities related to Corona that had not infected Indonesia. Here are the reasons:

- Corona virus outbreaks have not been carried by people who have been infected to Indonesia.

- Temperature and humidity in Indonesia which is quite high with the sun throughout the year, can kill the virus.

"Viruses like to breed in cold temperatures with low humidity," he was quoted as saying by Jitunews, Saturday (02/15/2020).

- Strong immunity can be a factor. However, further studies are needed regarding this matter. Research shows the contact between the body and various germs is related to a person's endurance or immunity.

"It is true that the concept is more often exposed to germs, our bodies make antibodies. But, we must have been exposed to germs first or at least germs from the same family," said Adria.
