Pochettino: Kane dont need title to prove he is the best striker

News24xx.com - Harry Kane had never felt the title since shines on Tottenham Hotspur. For Mauricio Pochettino, Kane does not need a title to be regarded as the best striker.

Kane has scored 103 goals in 170 matches in Spurs uniform. His goals were ushering him into the top Premier League goal scorer in two seasons.

After briefly barren in August, Kane now has returned productive. 24 year old striker packed the four goals in the last two games along with Spurs, including two goals against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League in the middle of this week.

So far, Kane superb appearance is not enough bring the Spurs grabbed the title. His best achievement was just delivering The Lilywhites as English League Cup runner-up at 2014/2015 and the Premier League runners-up last season.

Not long ago, the former Manchester United player, Phil Neville, judged Kane should be moved to the more established clubs to get a feel for champion trophy and prove himself as the best strikers. However, according to Pochettino, it does not need to be done.

"No doubt Harry Kane is one of the best strikers. In my opinion he does not need a title to show that he is one of the best strikers," said Pochettino, Manager of Spurs, as reported by ESPN. "All the players play to try to score a goal, win, and ultimately won the championship, of course. That's everyone's goal, but so far, Harry Kane pointed out that he was one of the best strikers in the world. "
