Achmad Alkatiri: The store which give fake discount will be closed immediately

News24xx.com -  Achmad Alkatiri, Chairman of the Committee of National Online Shopping Day (Harbolnas) 2017 give responded to the case of fraud discounts are rife discussed in social media.

He did not deny that one of the e-commerce receive the report from social media, but after traced, there is no discounts that complained according to him.

"So I found one case in social media, but it has been traced in e-commerce and has also been responded," he said at Wisma Agro, Kuningan, South Jakarta on Tuesday, December 12 2017.

He said a sources that spreading about fake discount have also been asked to link the product in question to the search process. He also admitted there has been no response from the person so it cannot be accounted for.

"We've tried to contact the e-commerce and also to look for products that complained by consumers, but it was nothing there is the link," he said.

Furthermore, he did not dismiss if the merchant made a cheating, but it will be a very important concern for Harbolnas at this year.

He reported before the Harbolnas began, all the e-commerce was giving out unreasonable discounts.

"A few days before Harbolnas, all e-commerce was giving out unreasonable discounts for their goods. If we can caught there are merchants that do cheating, we will be banned it immediately. And their shop immediately to closed, " said Achmad.

Although it can open again with a new name, but he ensures the cheating will not be easy to happen again because the merchant must re-upload all the products.

"Our principle is if there is something like cheating, so we will made an educated. After Harbolnas we will consider to reopen or not," he explained.
