Prosecutor: Novanto confess that he get diarrhea until 20 times, but only two times go to toilet

News24xx.com -  Setya Novanto complained that he have ill before undergoing the first trial of e-ID card case.

He even admitted that he get diarrhea but he still able to sleep soundly.

Chairman of the judges, Yanto, continued to ask about the condition of Novanto. But the defendant e-KTP corruption case is not answering.

Yanto then asked the prosecutor, Irene Putri about this matter. Prosecutors said that the condition of Novanto is healthy and have been confirmed by doctors.

"We have consulted with doctors and doctors who examined him tell the condition of the defendant said he is in good health," said Irene in Corruption Court, on Wednesday December 13 2017.

When examined by the doctor, said Irene, Novanto complained of diarrhea. But the condition of the former Speaker of the House with his confession is inconsistent.

"Complaints to doctor Zul, he claimed that he has diarrhea until 20 times, but the guard report, he only went twice to the toilet, which is at 23:00 pm and 02:30 pm," said Irene.

From the guard's report in Rutan KPK, Novanto is known to sleep soundly. The prosecutor requested that the trial is continued.

"We also received the report, the defendant can to slept quite soundly from 20:00 pm to 5:00 am in the morning, and we asked the court to continue," explained prosecutor Irene.
