French President visit to China and give support to project of new silk road

News24xx.com - France is in a strategic partnership with China. During his visit to China, French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his support for President Xi Jinping's plan to revive the Silk Road trade on Wednesday, January 9, 2018.

 
It was presented by President Macron in front of guests from academics, businessmen and students in Xi'an City which is the starting point of Ancient Silk Road.

China has launched an ambitious project that called as "One Way Below" since 2013.

The goal is China can connect by sea, road and rail, with Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Pakistan and further to the Middle East, Africa, to Europe. The investment value of the project is estimated at one trillion dollars.

President Macron declared the strategic partnership to be woven with the Bamboo Curtain related issues such as climate change, terrorism, and invited Xi Jinping to implement the Paris treaty after America withdrew from the deal.

With his wife, Macron visited eight thousand sculptures of terracotta warriors that made from clay. The statue was made around the year 250 BC for the first emperor's tomb Qin Shihuang.

The site became a symbol of ancient art and military sophistication in the country of China.

After visit to Xi'an, President Macron and his delegation will be heading for the capital city of Beijing.
