US denies gives permit to Israel for the annexation of the Palestinian West Bank


Palestinian West BankPalestinian West Bank -  On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 the United States (US) has denied allegations of negotiations on the annexation that do by Israel in the West Bank territory. Washington said there is no negotiations about the land that claimed by Palestinians in the West Bank.


As quoted by CNNIndonesia, Spokesman of White House, Josh Raffel, who worked with Jared Kushner has denied it.

"The US report that discussing about the West Bank's annexation is wrong," Raffel said.

Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called that they made a talk with White House about the annexation of occupied that settlements in the West Bank. But he did not explain how far the discussion will took place. Raffel added that the annexation would only destroy the peace process of Palestinian-Israeli.


"The United States and Israel have never discussed the issue like that, and president will only focus remains on the Israeli-Palestinian peace initiative," Raffel continued.

And the statement of Netanyahu about settlement annexation in the West Bank region has angered the Palestinians. This outrage has further heightened Palestinian and Israeli relations after the unilateral recognition of the US President Donald Trump over the status of the City of Jerusalem.


Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas spokesman Nabil Abu Rdainah said the annexation would only destroy all the efforts of the peace process that being carried out.
