DPRD Riau blaming KLHK not serious in settlement of RTRW Riau

News24xx.com -  Central Government in this case Ministry of Live Environmental and Forestry (KLHK) and Ministry of Interior (Kemendagri) are not serious in overcomingLay Space Planning and Regional(RTRW) Riau Province. 

Actually, DPRD Riau has approved the RTRW to become Provincial Regulation (Perda). But can not be applied since not yet got approval  from KLHK and Kemendagri. 

By can not be applying the RTRW Riau ofcourse will cause hindrance for investor to invest in regency/city in Riau. Because they can not apply for principe licence, location licence, environmenal licence (AMDAL), UKL/UPL and other licences, because stumbled on RTRW who not yet be able to be depending on.

According to member of  DPRD Riau Asri Auzar who was also a former Special Committee Chief of RTRW Riau blaming central in this case KLHK and Kemendagri were not serious in settling RTRW Riau.

That case proven  that it is more than 3 months, after Ranperda RTRW been legalized by DPRD Riau to become Perda (Provincial Regulation), but up to this time. there is no confirmation when this RTRW canbe used.
 

“I see, that central who is not serious in settle this RTRW. While Riau Province Government and DPRD Riau have already serious. We have sent to central” said Asri Auzar, to news-men on Tuesday, March 20 2018.

According to Asri, hindrance why RTRW can not yet be used is live environmental study (KLHS). But Asricommittedthat he has got information from Riau Penprov that KLHS has completed between central and Riau Province by sitting in one table.

“Now, where the hindrance is,  I do not know. But if I am invited to central in settling  RTRW, I am ready, but regretly I was not been invited.” said this Democrate Party polotician.
