A chemist from Russian explained why Sergei and Yulia Skripal saved from the poison attack

News24xx.com -  A chemist from Russian,  Vil Mirzayanov calls himself as the creators of "Novice" poisonous substance. And he explained why that poison can not be used very well in Britain.
