Madonna wore accessories designed by Indonesia designer in Met Gala event

MadonnaMadonna -  Met Gala is a fundraising event for Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City, United States.  This year, the gala was themed “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination”.

The Met Gala 2018 was flooded with new and unique fashions. One of them came from the Queen of Pop Madonna, who wore accessories designed by Indonesian designer, Rinaldy A. Yunardi.

The event was held in Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Madonna wore an elegant black dress made of mesh designed by Jean Paul Gaultier. To complement her dress, she also wore a head accessory in a form of a crown with many crosses and a Rosario, designed by Rinaldy A. Yunardi.

Her appearance was in line with the theme of the gala, which combined fashion and the religious arts in the museum.

“My wish and hope come true, my creation is worn by Queen Madonna, a legendary Diva that I admire and love very much in the prestigious event, Met Gala. It also makes me happy that my creation is also worn with my favorite designer, Jean Paul Gaultier,” Rinaldy said through his Instagram account.

Rinaldy’s achievement also makes Indonesia proud of him as well.
