Report here, if your company does not give you THR allowance

News24xx.com - Approaching the celebration of Eid Al-Fitr holiday, a number of private companies with employees are required to give their employees rights. However, for those who do not do that obligation, the Office of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans) of Riau Province will provide action.

Holiday allowance (THR) must be given to employees no later than H-7 from the company to employees.

Besides Disnakertrans, Riau Province will also open a complaint post about THR that will operate from H-7 to H+7 of Eid Al-Fitr of 2018.

Head of Riau Disnakertrans, Rasidin Siregar on Friday, May 25th 2018 has informed his staff to follow up if there is a complaint.

Therefore, it appealed to employees who want to complain about THR to report to the post complaint THR Disnakertrans Riau, or directly to the District Office/City.

"We have issued an appeal to the District/Municipality Manpower Office to open the THR complaint post” he added.

Further, he explained, every incoming report will be processed and followed up according to the applicable regulations. "Incoming reports will be processed by the team, then the team mediates the companies and workers, usually after we mediate the solution" he said.

This is done like the experience that happened last year. From incoming reports, there are 30 reports processed. And one company that is not willing to pay THR employees. "There was one company last year that was troubled about this, and we are still monitoring this year" he explained.
