Pieces of human flesh and a severed hand were found by the plumber, while servicing the call to eliminate pipe blockage. It turned out that the remains belonged to a local resident - during a quarrel her brother killed her, dismembered and flushed down the body parts into the toilet.

On May 24, the plumber received an application from the chief engineer to repair the leaking pipe in the entrance.

"I went down to the basement and saw a terrible picture. From one tube flowed bloody water with pieces of meat. For some reason, I immediately realized it was a man, although before I had never seen dismembered flesh, and to my right a woman's hand protruded from the other pipe", - the worker said. The man immediately called the police. Together with the policeman, they made a bypass detour.

"On the sixth floor an elderly man of high stature and dense physique opened the door. The policeman asked him for permission to check the apartment. I went into the bathroom and saw a bloody shower curtain. Nearby lay various cleaning supplies and a package. I opened it - it contained the cut off head of a woman", - the plumber recalled.

At the interrogation, a 59-year-old man said that since May of last year he lives with his 64-year-old sister. On the eve they quarreled and he pushed the woman away. She fell, hit the door jamb and died. The brother, fearing that he was suspected of murder, decided to cut the body into small pieces and wash it off the toilet. The suspect also told police officers that one of the reasons for dismembering the body was his difficult financial position - he hasn't money to bury a close relative.
