TAM provides standby posts and standby workshops for Toyota during Eid holidays


ToyotaToyota - PT. Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) provides 307 service points for their consumers spread across Indonesia in 2018. This number increased from last year by 292 service points.

The service this year consists of 23 of Post Alert, 11 of Standby Workshops (open 24 hours), and 273 standby workshop which are open during Eid holidays. Standby schedule starting from June 8th to 20th 2018.

Andy as Marcomm Agung Toyota Riau Region, said on H-7 Eid, "Through Toyota Holiday Campaign, we hope customers can travel back and forth with the condition of excellent vehicles and worry-free because of the presence of standby posts and standby workshop of Toyota."

"The Points of Standby Points provide a service point (post) so that customers can serve lightly on the vehicle or take a break while on the trip" he said.

Consumers serving during that period get a 25 percent service fee deduction. TAM has also tried to improve the quality of free services in the post, including wi-fi facilities, food and soft drinks, air-conditioned rooms, massage chairs, satellite TV, game station and children's playground.

"The presence of Toyota service points that can be enjoyed and accessed during Eid holiday season is a manifestation of our appreciation of customer trust and loyalty and we hope that these facilities can support customers in enjoying their journey to their hometown" he said.

TAM also presents a mobile application "Toyota Teman Mudik" which can be downloaded Android and iOS users. The information contained about Post and Standby Stations, digital maps, Mudik tips, prayers, and Imsyakiah schedule.

"In addition to the presence of standby posts and standby workshops, Toyota also presents a "Toyota Mudik "application that can be downloaded from Android and iOs users, which include information about Toyota Standby Posts and Workshops, digital maps, mudik tips, prayers and schedules Imsyakiah, games, etc." said Andy.

Not only that, a series of other interesting programs are also presented exclusively for Toyota customers. One of them is a photo competition of their activities at Toyota 2018 Standby Posts.

TAM opens during Lebaran holiday workshop which aims to help customers in need and also can serve as operational backup of the standby post of Toyota.

While workshops that remain open as usual during Eid holiday (but not 24 hours), aim to anticipate customers who need improvement during the holidays.
