The splendor of Islamic center of Padang Panjang attracts tourists to visit and take selfie there

This mosque is listed as the largest Islamic Center in the Province of West Sumatra.

Previously the inauguration of Islamic Center Padang Panjang was recently inaugurated by the chairman of the MPR, Zulkifli Hasan on Friday, Febuary, 9th 2018 ago. And used directly for the first Friday prayers in this mosque.

In the inauguration ceremony of last time, also attended by thousands of people of Padang Panjang city, community leaders, Padang Panjang Panjang Mayor Arnis, vice mayor of Padang Panjang Mawardi, chairman of DPR Forkopinda, etc.

Visible presence of Islamic Center which present in the city of Padang Panjang known as the City of Serambi Mecca. And this mosque became an icon that became the pride of Padang Panjang city community.

Islamic Center Padang Panjang is located in Koto Katiak Village, suburb of Padang Panjang City.

Currently the Islamic Center becomes a multifunctional building of religious events. This is because it also equipped with convention hall, library and other religious learning places. The majestic and completeness of the Islamic Center has cost IDR 200 billion.
