In the evening of June 18, in the Swedish city Malmo, an unknown person opened fire, and six people were injured, one of them died in the hospital. It was reported by the press-service of the local police.

The reasons for the shooting are not reported, the identity of the gunman is not established. The police cordoned off the place of crime.

It is known, that the deceased is an 18-year-old young man. Law enforcers qualified the incident as murder.

According to the Swedish TV-channel SVT, the unknown person opened fire on a group of people in cafe, that was located near the police station.
