News24xx.com -  Unceasingly, World Health Organization (WHO) calls that addiction to playing games as a mental illness.

If previously WHO gave the term of Gaming Disorder, now, WHO has another term for mental illness due to playing games.

This latest term is called as Compulsive Gaming. By WHO, the term of Compulsive Gaming is now classified into the latest mental health problems.

According to some research, the initiative of WHO will help identify those who affected by game addiction early on.

Dr. Henrietta Boden-Jones, a spokes person for the Royal College of Psychiatrists said that this initiative could be a solution for parents in educating children.

"We find desperate parents, not just because they see their children dropping out of school, but because they see the whole structure of the family in a mess," Boden-Jones said, quoted by Ubergizmo on Tuesday, June 19 2018.

Of course, like the previous of WHO's classification, there are some who disagree with this decision.

Some claim that this movement will stigmatizing young gamers.
