Lorien Norman from Adelaide, Australia, received a suspended prison sentence and a fine of $ 500 from the district court.

The girl pleaded guilty to beating her daughter Evi with a spoon, leaving her with bruises in front of her eyes, nose and cheeks, as a result of which the baby was hospitalized.

The maximum penalty for such a crime is 13 years in prison, but the 27-year-old Lorien received a small fine and a suspended sentence instead of this!

Her ex-husband and Evi's father, Shane McMahon, told the Daily Mail that after the verdict, Lauren sent him several messages in which she bragged about how she had escaped responsibility. Initially Lorien claimed that Evie was injured by a fall on the playground, but later pleaded guilty.
