Purple sweet potato chips company production Indonesia won Silver award, or the second best snack food, Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation (SOFI) Awards in category Savory Snack. The award was presented at the 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) exhibition at the Javits Convention Center, New York, USA.

SFFS is the largest food and beverage exhibition for "specialty food" products in North America.

Washington DC Trade Attaché Reza Pahlevi, in a written statement in Jakarta, said that the award-winning of purple sweet potato chips made by Jans Enterprise's Organic Purple Sweet Potato. The product uses organic purple sweet potato raw material from West Java which is processed with organic coconut oil without additional flavor or preservative.
