Charge of rape towards Marilyn Monson is stopped due to lack of evidences

News24xx.com - Marilyn Manson will no longer face rape charges in 2011. Because Los Angeles County District Attorney does not want to continue the case.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that the 'Rock is Dead' singer was recently accused of raping a woman in October 2011. However, the report is considered not to have enough evidence to ensnare him.

The owner of the name Brian Warner also expressly denied the allegations. He called the accusation an attempt at publicity by a woman who sold memorabilia.

"Under the current policy, Los Angeles County District Attorney must investigate every claim of sexual harassment, no matter how strange it is" said the rocker's lawyer, Howard E. King.

"The allegations made to the police were categorically rejected by Mr. WARNER and were truly delusional or part of an effort calculated to generate publicity for the prosecutor's business to sell Manson memorabilia."

In the report, the woman claimed to be held by Manson for 48 hours. It is also considered as one of the essays.
