Russia refuses the American Internet

News24xx.com - Since the creation of the Internet, control over it is in the hands of the United States. In particular, we are talking about the system of root DNS servers, without which the work of the worldwide network is impossible in principle. Given the very tense relationship between Russia and the Western world, the implementation of an independent Internet in Russia is becoming a strategic task.

Thus, the project "Sphere" was born, which implies the creation on the Earth's orbit of a group of more than 600 satellites. This "armada" will be able to provide access to the worldwide network not only for the inhabitants of Russia, but for the rest of the world. Independent entrance to the web zone will give Russia undeniable advantages.

At the same time, the construction of hundreds of satellites and dozens of carrier rockets for their launch into orbit will give a tangible impetus to the Russian missile and microelectronic industry.

"Sphere" will only be one of the stages to create in Russia a "parallel" Internet both for itself and for other countries of the world. The next step is to implement own DNS system.

For the access to the worldwide network not only for the inhabitants of Russia, but for the rest of the world too.
