Riau governor attended international top spinning festival in Siak

News24xx.com - Riau Governor Syamsuar went to Siak Regency to attend and open the International Top Spinning Festival on Friday, July 12th.

He was welcomed with kompang performance and the attraction of pencak silat when he arrived at Tengku Syarifa Hamina Park, Siak Sri Indrapura. Syamsuar was wearing a black batik top with Siak symbol on it. He came with Siak Regent Alfedri along with the leaders of Regional Device Organizations (OPD) or Siak Government.

In this second International Top Spinning Festival, there were 16 countries that participated, including Malaysia and Singapore. The competition was divided into two categories: the heart-shaped top and berembang top. The berembang top category was divided into children category and adult category. This event will last for three days, from July 12th to July 14th.
