Pekanbaru police caught a robber when he was breaking down the stolen motorcycle

News24xx.com - The Operational Team from Criminal Resort Unit of Bukit Raya Sector Police, Pekanbaru, Riau, caught a robber, who used a Japanese sword in his crime. The robber, who is only referred to as Gn, was caught by the police only a few hours after he robbed his last victim, Andi, at Soekarno Hatta Street, Thursday, July 11th.
 

Gn was captured in his hideout, a house at Teropong Ujung Street, Kubang, Kampar Regency. When they busted the place, the police also found some evidence. According to the Head of Bukit Raya Sector Police, Police Commissioner Bainar SH MH, Gn was breaking down the motorcycle he had stolen to make it unrecognizable to its owner.
 

“We secured the motorcycle owned by the victim, which the robber was breaking down. We also confiscate a Japanese sword that the robber used when committing his crime,” he said. Gn has been arrested and the police investigated other robbers that are part of his gang.
