Alleged Bribery Wahyu Setiawan, 2 KPU commissioners examined by KPK investigators tomorrow

News24xx.com - In addition to calling the KPU Commissioner Hasyim Asy'ari, the KPK also called another KPU Commissioner, Evi Novida Ginting, Friday (1/24/2020). Both will be asked for information related to the alleged bribery case of former KPU Commissioner Wahyu Setiawan.

Previously, KPK investigators also called KPU Commissioner Hasyim Asy'ari to be examined on Friday (1/24/2020). Hasyim Asy'ari confirmed that he would fulfill the call.

"By law, God willing, I will attend the summons," said Hasyim.

The two commissioners will be examined as witnesses to the case that ensnared the Commissioner of the Commission Wahyu Setiawan. Wahyu Setiawan allegedly accepted a bribe to pass the former PDIP candidate Aaron Harun into the House of Representatives through the alternation between time (PAW).

In addition to Wahyu Setiawan, the KPK has also established Wahyu's confidants as well as former PDIP candidates Agustiani Tio Fridelina, former PDIP candidates Harun Masiku and Saeful. Wahyu and two other people have been arrested. While Harun Masiku is still at large.
