Allegedly Being Pounced by Crocodile, 45-year-old Male in Inhil Found Dead

News24xx.com - Inhil-A man in Benua Langkar Hamlet of Sialang Panjang Village, Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir (Inhil), Riau, named Irham was reported missing by his son on Sunday (29 March 2020) night while going to his home kitchen.

The child claimed, the father went to the kitchen after turning off the television and the lights, but before long, he heard the sound of something falling into the water.

When he came to the kitchen, he was surprised to see that his father had disappeared and there was something moving in the water.

Without thinking, he immediately left the house and asked for help from local residents.

Residents also helped look for victims in the Batang Tuaka River where victims fell.

After 14 hours, the victim was finally found by residents Monday (30 March 2020), in a lifeless condition with injuries to the chest allegedly due to a crocodile bite.

"The victim was found around 11:30 WIB this afternoon. At present the body of the victim has been brought to the funeral home with a wound in the chest," said Ridho Warsika, Bhabinkamtibmas Sialang Panjang Village, Tembilahan Hulu District.
