The decree, he explained, was in accordance with the regent's circular number 30521 / SE / 2020 dated 16 March 2020 regarding the vigilance and prevention of the transmission of coronavirus disease 2019 and the decision of the regent downstream number 317 / III / HK-2020 concerning the establishment of a non-natural disaster emergency alert status due to coronavirus in Inhil.

Although it is forbidden to serve customers on the spot, Trio Beni explained that restaurants may continue to operate provided they do not provide tables and chairs.

"It can operate, but it should prioritize take-away services," he continued.

If he does not heed this circular, he said the restaurant owner will be subject to sanctions in the form of forced closure by an integrated team to prevent transmission of the corona Inhil virus.
