Reasoning To Go to the Toilet, An Indian Prisoner Escape to the Forest

News24xx.com - A convict in India reasoned to go to the toilet, but after that, he ran away.

A 48-year-old lifelong prisoner was on his way to COVID-19 hospital in West Bengal when he fled after using nature's call as an excuse to slip away from his detention.

The man has been behind bars since 2011 when he was convicted of killing his wife.

When stopped, he used his "two or three minutes" to escape.

Efforts are underway to capture Bhim Rai.

Police reported by local media even conducted a search in a neighboring forest using a loudspeaker and warned Rai that there were leopards and bears in the forest.
